For directions and parking for Baylor College of Medicine Cullen Building map see Phillip Bendick, Ph.D. is the Director of Surgical Research at William Beaumont Hospital, Michigan where the laboratory performs over 21,000 non-invasive vascular studies per year. Dr. Bendick has authored or co-authored over 100 papers in peer reviewed journals and 13 book chapters, and presented over 150 abstracts at regional, national and international meetings. He was a founding member of the Board of Directors of the Intersocietal Commission for the Accreditation of Vascular Laboratories (ICAVL) and remains a consultant to that group. He has recently served on the Board of Directors of the Joint Review Commission for Education in Diagnostic Medical Sonography (JRC-DMS), as a member of the Board of Governors of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM) and a director of the Education Foundation for the Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (SDMS).
